A large, beautiful, and deep forest of Cherry Blossom trees, the outskirts of the forest contain no danger, but the deeper in you go, the more likely you are to run into things that aren't so pleasant.

*walks slowly through the forest, ignoring the cold, biting weather and closing eyes, reverting to the peaceful solitude he is so used to*

*sitting quietly on a mossy rock under a large sakura tree in the middle of the forest*
*eyes are closed, legs are crossed "indian" style, and hands are behind head*
*seems completely at peace*

*continues to walk, seemingly paying no mind to Angel as the cherry blossom petals swirl around him, falling to the ground before they touch him with each step*

*interrupts her singing for what seems like a mere breath of air, but whispers his name softly, as well as a gentle hello, before continuing her singing*
*petals have been landing softly in her hair this whole while*

*opens his eyes slowly and speaks in a whisper that carries on the wind*
It's you again....Angel..

*nods and finishes her song, opening her eyes which are now a calm, pearly blue, a most beautiful color*
Indeed, that would be me.
*smiles at him*

I would've guessed last night, that you were naught but a figment of my imagination, a dream as it were....
And yet, here you are..just as determined and beautiful as before..
*chuckles softly to himself as he quotes someone he just recalled from his past*

*stands and stretches elegantly, leaning down and touching her hands to one of her toes and the ground, then straightening and pushing her hair out of her face*
Mmm...is it a bad thing that I'm here, that I'm real, then...?

I can't imagine why someone so purely good and elegantly beautiful as yourself could possibly be a bad thing...*looks up at her* Can you..?

*smiles a bit, faintly, and looks at him, but just past him, over his shoulder*
Purely good? And what could bring you to think that I am purely good?
*looks into his eyes, deep shadows flickering behind her own eyes, as if a hidden beast lurks*
Nothing, no matter how good it appears, is pure good...There's always something behind it. Some deeper shadow...

*smirks and turns his scarlet eyes to hers, flashing and lightening her eyes immediately, as if the shadow fled at the sight of the evil and darkness of his own*
*shakes his head slowly*
Compared to what I've done...your darkness isn't even a shade of grey. Compared to the shadows in my own heart, yours is white as snow....

*smiles a bit and is behind him in her favorite position, one arm loosely around his shoulder and neck, her nose and lips pressed to the flesh of his neck, near his vein*
It's always the darkness that's sexiest, though, isn't it...? My darkness I didnt earn, I was born with it, in the blackest of moments. I was born on a friday the thirteenth, amazing day those are, and under the new moon of its midnight. Everything was dark as a shadows shadow...Blacker than the devils own heart...

The darkest of moments...are those when a darkness overcomes a light and turns the balance. There is no....particular time. *disappears in a wake of telekinetic energy to be suddenly leaning against the very Sakura tree she was sitting against before*
The darkness is not something to be glad of all the time.....There are more dangerous things than me housed in the purest of darkness, of that you can be sure..

I don't fear the dark, even for what's there, but I am cautious. I simply find that if you fear something, it controls you, and only then is it dangerous...It's why I keep my fears to a minimum...
And keep them hidden away...
