General
Attitude/Personality: Noel can be quiet but is actually quite intelligent and insightful. He tries not to pick sides in arguments and will try to make peace without becoming involved majorly. With his friends he will talk a little more and smile almost endlessly, but if he is with people he doesn't know he is slightly timid and cautious. When alone he is usually wandering around while thinking about things, or doing homework. Sometimes when alone he will be working as a housekeeper. Noel is generally happy, calm and kind.
Goals: find someone his parents approve of, graduate on the honor roll, and go to a nice school for international work since he is bilingual.
Likes: warmth, having his hair cut and hugging people

History: Noel was born prematurely on christmas day to his homosexual parents, Nobu and Christophe. His parents always treated him like a treasure because they had so much trouble during the pregnancy, or so they told him. When Noel was 7 he was nearly molested by his teacher but Nobu walked in and saved him. Because of that event he had to be rushed to the hospital. He was very traumatized by the event and never liked hospitals afterward. He was fortunate that he wasn't attacked again after that. Noel was often confessed to for the first couple of years of high school but it slowed down when he rejected everybody. There had been a couple of them that he may have liked to have gone out with, but his father absolutely forbids him to date without both of his parents approval of the person. Noel now is a hard working student, he is bilingual because his mother is french and taught him as he grew up. Noel works as a housekeeper to save up money for university.
